Once a contract is signed, if you choose to pay electronically, we collect payment securely through HoneyBook. Karla Ovalle Design does not have access to your bank account or credit card information. We will never ask you directly for your bank account information.

We use the information we collect strictly to provide our services, understand your project vision, and communicate with you effectively.

Any information collected by Karla Ovalle Design (such as your name, address, or phone number) will not be shared with any Vendor, Client, or third party unless explicitly authorized by you.

4. Social Media and Tagging

We respect your privacy regarding public exposure. Karla Ovalle Design will ask for your consent before posting or tagging you in social media posts. If you do not wish to be tagged in a post, we will respect your wishes and protect your privacy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We retain your contact details and project information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to maintain communication regarding your project.
